"Betrokkene klusman werd belast om een kledingkast samen te stellen. Hiertoe vroeg hij, tot onze verbazing om een foto van de kast zonder deuren, anders kon hij volgens zijn zeggen , geen kast samen stellen! Paniek bij ons langs alle kanten. Van Ikea niets daaromtrent vernomen terwijl wij zelf daar in de verste verte niet aan gedacht hadden om e.e.a over te nemen van site van Ikea. Ben hierop het internet opgegaan om bij Ikea de desbetreffende afbeelding op te zoeken , hetwelk niet direct zo vlug lukte. Intussen was "vakman" over gegaan met het openen van de kartonnen verpakkingen van de onderdelen. Het karton werd door hem op een grote hoop geworpen!! Hij is toen gestart met het voor hem meest logische opbouw van kast en enkele instructie blaadjes in resp verpakking. Na verloop van tijd is zo een ook voor ons aanvaardbare en ogend exemplaar ontstaan. Toch moet ons van het hart dat wij e.e.a niet erg professioneel is overgekomen . Wij zijn ervan uitgegaan dat de door u aan hem verstrekt opdracht wel vergezeld zou zijn geweest van door Ikea aan u vertrekt info en de gewraakte foto en nadere instrukties. Tot slotte is van, zoals u in uw brochure vermeld dat de vakman - uiteraard opruimt en e.e.a netjes achterlaat, bar weinig bewaarheid. De totale kamer was puinhoop van verpak- kingen en op mijn vraag of hij daar nog iets aan moet doen (heb hem de desbetreffende alinea uit uw info) voorgelezen , werd me meegedeeld dat ik dat maar zelf moest doen.Hierna heeft hij zijn tas met gereedschap over de schouder gegooit en is de deur uit gelopen. Ons in totale verbijstering achter latend."
