External recruitment agencies must have a signed agreement with Klusup when submitting a resume to a job posting. In addition, a recruiting agency can only submit a resume if they are invited by Klusup to search for a suitable candidate. All unsolicited resumes sent to us are considered the property of Klusup. In this case, Klusup is not required to pay placement fees.
