WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Klusup BV (hereinafter "Klusup", "us", "we", "us" or "our"), located at Joan Muyskenweg 110 in Amsterdam-Duivendrecht, is the responsible party for the processing of your personal data as described in this privacy policy.
WHEN DOES THIS PRIVACY POLICY APPLY?
This privacy policy applies to all personal data Klusup processes from everyone, such as customers, service providers, visitors and business contacts, who have (had) contact with Klusup.nl.

We need your data so that all parties can comply with the contractual agreements. Think of the agreement between you and Klusup, but also the agreement between customer and service provider. For example:

WHEN AND WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?
In order to provide our service, we collect and process certain data from you. When you have had direct or indirect contact with us, we process personal data about you. It is also possible that we receive your data from other parties, but only if you have actually given that party permission to do so. To help you, we receive your name, address and contact information through our partner when you submit a job request. Below we explain exactly which of your data we store and process.
BOOKING DATA
When you place a booking with us, of course we need to know who you are. We therefore ask for your gender, first and last name. We also need your address so we know where you want the job done. We will also send you updates on the progress of your booking via email and sometimes text message. For this we need your phone number and email address. In addition, we'll also email you the invoice and a review request after the job is done. With your feedback, we and the performing service provider can continue to improve ourselves.
DATA SERVICE PROVIDER
We treat the data of our private & business service providers and other partners as carefully as the data of our customers. This privacy policy also applies to all notified service providers.
When you perform jobs through our platform as a business service provider, we store data (your company name, your Chamber of Commerce number and your VAT number, your name, your date of birth, your contact address (and any other addresses), your email address, your phone number and your bank account). We also keep information about your work preferences and experience that come up during the intake interview. This way you only do jobs that match your experience and wishes.

(OUT) PAYMENT AND TRANSACTION DATA
We keep (credit) invoices and bank details, desired (out) payment method, so that the (job) agreement can be executed and (out) paid. Payments always go through a secure payment environment.
ASSESSMENTS
We and our users welcome reviews. They allow us to monitor and improve the quality of our service and the professional. It also helps customers make an informed choice. You can only post a review if your job was done through us. In principle, we do not censor reviews. However, we can change or remove your reviews at the request of a service provider if we find them offensive, irrelevant or inappropriate.
NEWSLETTER
We only mail our newsletter if you have given us explicit permission. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the newsletter or notify our customer service department.
COMMUNICATION
Communications between clients and customers through our systems are retained. Communications between you and Klusup are also retained, think email and chat conversations with our staff. We may use phone calls for quality and training purposes. We will tell you this before the actual phone call. To best help you, we take notes of our contact so we know exactly what was discussed. This is useful the next time we are in touch.
WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your privacy is important to us. Your personal data is therefore only available to our employees so that we can provide our service. In order to provide our service, it is sometimes necessary for us to share certain or specific personal data with other parties. These parties are the following:

WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We store your data in various databases within the European Union. In doing so, we always use strict security measures. Parties located within the European Union are covered by the Data Protection Regulation. In some cases, we also share certain data with partners based in the United States. Most of these parties actively participate in the European American
Privacy Shield.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We will keep your data for as long as we have a relationship with you and will not use your data longer than necessary. In practice, this means:
- Recorded phone calls are automatically deleted after 60 days unless we need to:
- meet our legal obligation;
- be able to answer your questions or complaints;
- investigate or defend legal claims.
- We delete inactive accounts after 7 years. After that period, we use your data anonymously for internal reporting.
- We have a tax and administrative responsibility with the Internal Revenue Service, this means that we keep billing, payment and accounting records for 7 years.
- Sometimes we need your data to detect illegal practices or fraud. We then have a legal obligation to share your data with competent authorities such as the police, judicial or prosecutorial authorities if a request comes to us.
- Data we use to prevent fraud is kept for a very long time.
HOW DO WE SECURE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The security of your personal data is our highest priority. We have therefore implemented administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal data. In addition, we regularly have our security tested by external experts. They review our systems/infrastructure to determine whether our security standards still meet the latest OWASP security standards.
