We are a start-up based in Amsterdam. Through our online platform you can book a service provider at home within 1 minute, such as a gardener, handyman or plumber. Customer satisfaction and good contact are part of our core values.
We are a young company, with an informal atmosphere on the work floor and mostly young colleagues. This means that we work hard, but that a joke or a joke is also appreciated.
Due to rapid growth, we are looking for an eager and motivated intern who enjoys working and learning in a young and dynamic organization. We offer you a challenging internship where you can conduct good research to improve our internal / external processes for an optimal customer experience, but where you also directly support customer contact and daily activities. In short, you will learn and experience all facets of the daily operations that belong to a digital service organization.

Activities
  • Maintaining contact with customers and service providers (telephone, email, WhatsApp).
  • You provide support with customer contacts through all channels (email, telephone and social media).
  • You provide after-sales service and provide additional information.
  • You work with daily scrums, support each other and are also accountable to the team.
  • You investigate the possibility of improving processes, with the aim of improving the customer experience.
  • You will participate 4 days a week and work on your research 1 day a week.
Ideal candidate
  • Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
  • You are eager to learn and proactive.
  • You like to help others and think in solutions.
  • Minimum HBO level of education (Communication / Business Administration / Marketing).
  • You have knowledge of social media and are willing to learn.
  • You speak and understand English well, so that we can also assist customers who speak other languages.
