We are a start-up based in Amsterdam. Through our online platform you can book a service provider at home within 1 minute, for example a gardener, handyman or plumber.
We are a young company, with an informal atmosphere on the work floor and mostly young colleagues. This means that we work hard, but that a joke is also appreciated.
To strengthen our department, we are looking for a commercial employee inside service. You will have daily contact with potential and existing customers. You listen to their needs and look for the best solution to help the customer. A unique opportunity for you to get started at a young and dynamic startup! In addition, we are flexible and working in the weekend or in the evenings is also a possibility, ideal if you are looking for a part-time job as a student!
Activities
  • You answer incoming questions via telephone, email and app.
  • You approach leads based on booking requests received by telephone, website or our partners.
  • You explain our service and ensure that the job description is clear, so that the professional can carry out the job well prepared.
  • You plan these booking requests with professionals. If there is poor availability, you proactively contact professionals to still plan the request.
Ideal candidate
  • You have commercial insight but you are also customer and service oriented.
  • Sales or call center experience is a plus, but not a must.
  • You have MBO+/HBO thinking and working level.
  • You are available at least 12 hours a week (flexible parts of the day).
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
