We are a start-up based in Amsterdam. Through our online platform you can book a service provider at home within 1 minute, such as a gardener, handyman or plumber. Customer satisfaction and good contact are part of our core values.
We are a young company, with an informal atmosphere on the work floor and mostly young colleagues. This means that we work hard, but that a joke is also appreciated.
Due to rapid growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic part-time customer service employee or working student. A unique opportunity for you to get started at a young and dynamic startup! In addition, we are flexible and working on weekends is also a possibility, ideal if you are looking for a part-time job as a student!
Activities
  • You provide support with customer contacts through all channels (email, telephone and social media).
  • You maintain schedules, provide after-sales service and additional information.
  • You ensure that both customers and service providers are happy and help resolve complaints.
  • You contribute to our social media channels (Facebook and Twitter).
Ideal candidate
  • Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
  • You are eager to learn, proactive and stress-resistant.
  • HBO level of thinking.
  • You like to help your colleagues and work well in a team.
