"Everything about the communication with Zaccheria of SST Handymen was unpleasant. First, because he called 2 times and misunderstood the time of the appointment. During the second phone call he decided without consultation that a second man was needed and hung up. In addition to the invoice we received from Klusup for the hourly rate, we also suddenly received a ticker from him for "additional charges." After asking for a valid VAT invoice with specifiacition of those costs for our records, Z became aggressive and started sending us constant messages via whatsapp. After repeatedly asking for a valid invoice we got one sent to us, showing a Chamber of Commerce number of a steakhouse, an address of a supermarket, no account number and no VAT number. In other words, invalid. Also, the costs were things like "sanding, 20 minutes." Surely that seemed like something that would belong in a Klusup hourly rate. We contacted Klusup several times to solve this problem, but they said they didn't want to do anything and took their hands off the problem. Meanwhile, SST Klusup kept calling us repeatedly (on weekends) and sending things like "this is going to escalate." Then he gave us an ultimatum "until 6 p.m. tonight" after which there would be consequences. Eventually, Klusup agreed to send us an invoice from Klusup so that we would have a valid invoice, which they then passed on to SST Klussers. Unfortunately, they did not want to reimburse us even though it was a very unpleasant experience for us and the "material costs" charged could not be accounted for by SST Klussers. We did not receive that invoice from them even after we called again about it. We finally tried to call Z from SST Klussers once more to come to a compromise, but unfortunately he reacted very aggressively and reported that he would come and bash in our door if we did not pay. He also reported that he had done this to other customers before and hung up with "you're fucked". At this we filed a report with the police because this made us feel very unsafe. We ended up paying the ticker anyway, because we put safety first, but we cannot now justify the cost in our records. This whole process took us 4 days full of threats and a final payment, in which Klusup never accommodated us. In fact, a week later, we still received an invoice from Klusup for the extra material costs that we had already paid via a ticker-tape. All in all a very unpleasant experience, we 100% recommend against Klusup and their customer service and it should be clear that SST Klussers should never be hired again."
