"I was very dissapointed with the way this work turned out and this would prevent me from using or recommening your company again. Although I was advised that the repair of the laminate floor could be difficult I did not expect what it ended up being. Your workman Yaman arrived with a person who he said was his brother which surprised me as I only ordered 1 person. Once he started the work it turned out to be a bigger job than expected but due to the circumstances I needed it completed that day and said go ahead. when I returned later in the afternoon he had pulled up the complete hall and two bedrooms ( to replace 1 x piece of laminate !!). When I asked if he was finished he said yes But on inspection it was far from complete with virtually noe of the cover strips being fitted. He said I could get some nails and fix it myself but he could not stay any longer. I stated ineeded it completed and he should come back to complete it. It was arranged for him to return on Sat to complete the work. Then it came to paying and I was completely suprised that he told me I must pay for his "brother"as well which was not part of the agreement. I then make a big mistake of paying both him and his "brother"to be sure he came back to complete the work. I can advise that I as requestedto pay Yaman his E225-00 on his mobile via the company system BUT better still I needed to pay his "brother"not on the company system but by a direct payment to Yamans account !! This figure was E125-00. To Make matters worse when I contacted him to ensure he arrived on the Sat I recieved what I consider an abusive and threatening whatsapp message. I immediately cancelled his work for Sat and hired in another contractor who completed the work. My belief is that Yaman did not act in a manner that I would ever rehire him. With regards to his requesting payment outside your sytem may need some further investigation on your side. In all it was a totally unproffessional way this job was handled and thus would not be recommending your company to anybody in the future."
