"The vakman that came was not I. Ulku, it was Sinan. Sinan was great, he was very efficient and friendly. The problem is, my booking with I. Ulku was at 13:00. I get a call from Klusup at 12:00 that Ulku is busy and will be later - between 14:00 and 14:30. I said that's okay. I wait until 16:00, nobody shows up. I call Klusup 16:00, explaining the situation. The person on the phone was friendly and respectful, and he told me he would get in touch with I. Ulku. At 16:30, still nobody had contacted me so I call again. The person on the phone, again nice and respectful, said he finds this annoying as he had called I. Ulku and he responded that he will contact me but I. Ulku did not contact me. At this point I was waiting for 3.5 hours. The person on the phone said he will call Ulku again and let me know. Then the person on the phone calls me back and says Ulku will be late, but a replacement will come at 18:00. It's not the fault of the person on the phone but I had a booking at 13:00 and only at 18:00 the handyman comes. That's 5 hours of waiting in an empty house - I could've built the wardrobe myself in that time. If I was informed timely that the vakman would come this late, I could've been moving stuff from my other house, but because there was no communication until I called 2 times, I was waiting expecting the vakman to come any minute. And I wasn't offered a discount or anything by klusup, still paid full price. An entire day wasted because of 0 transparency and communication."
