"Sir came in saying that he had called yesterday (Sunday afternoon) but no one answered. He himself had not left a voicemail message either, I indicated that we had had a memorial service for my deceased daughter and that was why I had not answered. He continued with; have you read the terms and conditions? We are mechanics and not haulers. So the 8 packages of more than 2 meters in size and I don't know how heavy each one was allowed to be carried up the stairs, without help, pregnant, my son crying in his bed because there was no one else at home. Theo went to get his things ready and didn't offer to help. I looked for the conditions, but I could not find anywhere that this was not part of it. We hadn't put the packs upstairs because we were afraid it might get in the way if he needed space. I had indicated to klusup that I had to leave in the afternoon, they had said this was not a problem. When I had to leave, the cabinet was not yet finished, but Theo indicated that he could not stay alone in the house. He called Klusup and came up with the solution to come back on Friday, which was not possible because then my friend and I both work. Then Monday was possible, or then I would be stuck with a closet that wasn't finished for a week. When I said I didn't think that was an option, surely he could stay in the house alone to finish it. When it was finished, I found out at night that the protective film on the metal was still on it, which is really a lot of work to remove when everything is already assembled. Not to mention how he criticized the store and cabinet because he is an "ikea specialist" and it was really just junk I had bought. Because "people who buy this just don't even know what kind of junk they are buying and they pay way too much for it". Talk about he likes to work neatly, but the garbage was everywhere and everything mixed up. I paid 450 euros so I would be deprived of work , then I walk with a pussy feeling and muscle pain for a week because sir does not even offer to help. Really anti-social. Anyway, the cabinet is up and functional. What a terrible man for so much money."
